Product Marketing Manager

About Mudrex:

Mudrex is one of India's leading crypto investment platforms, backed by Y Combinator and Nexus Venture Partners. We help users invest in digital assets through products built around simplicity, security, and trust.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a data-obsessed Product Marketing Manager (4–5 years) to join Mudrex’s GTM and Growth team.

You’ll own product GTM, lifecycle campaigns, reactivation, retention, cross-sell, and upsell across Mudrex’s crypto ecosystem — from Spot and Futures to Alpha and other new products.

This is a highly hands-on, numbers-driven role where you’ll use user data to identify opportunities, build segments, launch experiments, and drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• GTM & Product Launches: Own end-to-end GTM for new products and features — positioning, messaging, launch strategy, and execution across product, email, and community.
• Lifecycle & Campaigns: Plan and optimize monthly engagement, activation, and reactivation campaigns using CleverTap, with clear measurement of business impact.
• Retention & Reactivation: Analyse the user lifecycle, identify churn and at-risk users, and build strategies to improve retention and bring dormant users back.
• Cross-Sell & Upsell: Identify opportunities to move investor users into active trading products such as Futures, using behavioural and transactional data.
• Data & Experimentation: Build ICPs and user segments, analyse cohorts and funnels using Metabase/SQL, and run A/B tests to improve conversion and adoption.

Primary KPIs

• Activation & cross-sell conversion
• Reactivation and D30/D90 retention
• Product adoption and engagement
• Campaign ROI and incremental trading activity
• LTV and revenue impact
• New product/feature adoption

What We’re Looking For

• 4–5 years of experience in B2C Product Marketing, Growth, or Lifecycle Marketing, preferably in Fintech.
• Crypto/trading experience is a strong plus, not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of user lifecycle, retention, churn, reactivation, cross-sell and upsell.
• Proven experience owning GTM and growth campaigns end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience with CleverTap, Amplitude, Plotline, or similar tools.
• Strong data and analytical skills; comfortable with Metabase/SQL or using AI to analyse data and answer business questions.
• Highly execution-oriented with a strong bias for experimentation and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

The Ideal Candidate

Someone who can look at a user dataset and answer:

Who should we target? Why? What should we tell them? What action do we want them to take? And did it actually move the metric?
