Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Write and edit across formats including blog posts, long-form guides, case studies, product pages, comparison pages, newsletters and social copy.
- Produce agency and partner-facing content: implementation and migration guides, partner enablement material, co-marketing assets, and case studies that speak to agencies managing compliance across many client sites.
- Research thoroughly: regulations, competitor positioning, customer questions and search intent, so that what you publish is accurate and genuinely useful.
- Apply SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, structure, internal linking and search intent matching, while adapting content for evolving AI and answer-engine search.
- Track how content performs on traffic, engagement and conversion, and experiment with messaging, headlines, CTAs and formats to improve results.
- Audit and refresh existing content so the library stays current as regulations change.
- Work with designers, marketers, partnerships and product to ship cohesive campaigns and resources.
- Use AI tools to work faster while making sure the published result reads as though a person wrote it, because a person did.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year of content writing experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a demonstrated ability to simplify complex topics.
- A portfolio of published work.
- A solid understanding of SEO basics, and awareness of how AI search and answer engines are changing what gets read.
- Comfort using AI to streamline your workflow without outsourcing your judgement to it.
- Ability to juggle several pieces at once and work well with cross-functional teams.
- Curiosity. You will need to learn a regulatory subject properly before writing about it.
GOOD TO HAVE
- Experience writing for an agency, developer or partner audience.
- Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA or other privacy regulations.
- Working knowledge of WordPress and basic HTML.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush or Google Search Console.
