About the role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Intune
  • Manage user provisioning, licensing, MFA, Conditional Access, and access controls
  • Support endpoint management through Intune and device compliance monitoring
  • Troubleshoot M365, mail flow, Teams, and identity-related issues
  • Implement security, compliance, and governance best practices
  • Generate reports on license utilization, security posture, and service health

Required Skills:

✅ Microsoft 365 Administration ✅ Exchange Online & Teams Administration ✅ Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) ✅ Intune Device Management ✅ MFA & Conditional Access ✅ PowerShell Basics ✅ Strong troubleshooting and support skills

Good to Have:

  • Microsoft Defender
  • SharePoint Online Administration
  • Hybrid AD Experience
  • Microsoft Certifications (M365/Intune/Security)
