Management Intern

Role Overview:

Minfy Technologies is looking for Management Interns to support key business initiatives across Alliances, Sales Operations, Pre-Sales Enablement, and Business Operations. This internship is designed as a hands-on, project-driven experience for MBA/PGDM students who want exposure to how strategy, partnerships, and execution come together in a high-growth cloud services organization.

Interns will work on defined projects with clear outcomes, collaborate with multiple teams, and gain practical exposure to real-world business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support assigned business or alliances projects with defined scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Assist teams in data collection, analysis, and reporting related to sales pipeline, partner programs, and operational metrics
• Help track partner initiatives, rebates, incentives, and promotional activities under guidance from the Alliances and BD teams
• Support preparation of presentations, trackers, and dashboards for internal and partner-facing reviews
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure timely closure of project tasks
• Participate in team discussions and review calls to understand sales funnel management and partner engagement models
• Document learnings, insights, and recommendations as part of the final project output

Qualifications & Skills:

• Currently pursuing MBA / PGDM (any specialization) from a recognized institution
• Strong interest in business operations, consulting, alliances, or growth roles
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and presentations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with guidance and manage timelines
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
