Project Manager

What will your day look like?

As a Project Manager, you will manage several projects for one of our international clients, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality. You will be a central point of contact for client stakeholders, taking ownership from initial client brief to final delivery. Your work will ensure a high level of service, and you will be continually cultivating a relationship based on trust and close collaboration with the client.  What makes this role particularly exciting is the variation of projects, offering a dynamic and engaging experience. You will be working independently yet collaboratively with a diverse team of experts from our entire organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Understanding client requirements and translating those to well-defined projects
• Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Scoping and estimating new projects, exploring innovative solutions and new opportunities.
• Understanding technical requirements and how these impacts a project (risk, possibilities etc)
• Tracking project expenses, managing budgets, and contributing to accurate project forecasting.
• Providing regular project status updates to the Account Lead and relevant stakeholders, maintaining clear documentation.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to optimize project management processes.
• Proactively Identifying and scoping new project opportunities with existing clients.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, proactively managing expectations, and providing regular communication.
• Collaborating effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
