Director, Quality Assurance

The Director of Quality Assurance at LG Ad Solutions will lead and scale the organization’s quality engineering strategy across multiple products, platforms and global delivery teams. This role is responsible for defining and executing the long-term QA vision, driving enterprise-wide quality initiatives and ensuring the delivery of highly reliable, scalable and performant products. The Director of QA will provide strategic leadership across software quality, test automation, release readiness and quality engineering transformation while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure and Executive Leadership. This role requires a strong people leader and technical strategist with proven experience leading large QA organizations, influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving measurable quality improvements across complex distributed systems. You will champion a culture of quality throughout the organization, modernize testing practices, improve operational excellence and help establish quality engineering as a critical business enabler.
