Applied AI Engineer

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Applied AI Engineer to take research through to production. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced fintech environment, where you will build and ship vision and transformer-based models into live systems.

Must-Have Skills:

• 3-4 years as an AI Engineer, with at least 2 years hands-on in computer vision or transformer-based models.
• Has shipped at least one solution from research to production with measurable business impact.
• Hands-on fine-tuning depth dataset prep, transfer learning, LoRA/PEFT, and evaluation of fine-tuned checkpoints.
• Multimodal AI expertise, spanning Vision, Language, and Agentic-based solutions for end-to-end task automation.
• Ability to break ambiguous product goals into measurable ML tasks and success metrics.

Preferred / Future-Ready Skills:

• Applied AI across vision, language, and agentic systems document and ID understanding, text and voice workflows, and multi-step agents
• Publications, open-source contributions, or paper reimplementations
