Job Description
User Research:
Conduct user research to gain insights into users’ behaviors, needs, and preferences. Analyze user feedback and market trends to inform design decisions.
UX Design:
Collaborate with product managers to define user personas and user journeys. Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to illustrate product concepts and interactions. Develop information architectures and navigation structures for optimal user experiences. Perform usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
UI Design:
Design visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and project objectives. Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes. Ensure consistency in design elements, such as typography, colors, and icons. Work closely with developers to implement designs and provide guidance during development.
Design System:
Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system to ensure design consistency across products. Advocate for the use of design system components and best practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and align on design goals. Present and communicate design concepts and the rationale behind them to stakeholders.
Stay Updated:
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools, especially Figma, to continuously improve your skills.
