This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys developing people, building strong relationships, solving problems, and creating an environment where both people and patient care can thrive.
What You’ll Do

- Handle employee and client concerns with empathy, professionalism, and sound judgment.
- Build strong relationships with referring veterinarians and represent PSVSE within the local veterinary community.
- Partner with hospital leadership on strategic planning, business development, and continued growth.
What We’re Looking For
- 3- 5 years previous leadership and management experience in veterinary medicine or healthcare required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Management, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience managing DVMs, physicians, or other professional staff strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of hospital operations and financial performance.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills.
- A people-focused leader who can balance compassion with accountability.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced specialty and emergency environment.
- A commitment to gold-standard patient care, continuous learning, and supporting the people around you.
Why PSVSE?
At PSVSE, you’ll have the opportunity to lead a talented veterinary team, make a meaningful impact on hospital operations, and help shape the future of a growing specialty and emergency hospital.
We believe every interaction with a patient, client, or team member is an opportunity to educate, uplift, and provide care with integrity and excellence. If you’re a leader who wants to help create that kind of environment every day, we’d love to hear from you.
