Job Description\nWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Python-based automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in web test automation, CI/CD integration, and a solid understanding of modern testing practices. Experience in API and mobile automation testing will be considered an added advantage.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Robot Framework.\n- Implement scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks.\n- Perform web application automation using Selenium WebDriver.\n- Develop reusable test components following best practices (e.g., Page Object Model).\n- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.\n- Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams for resolution.\n- Participate in test planning, estimation, and risk assessment activities.\n- Maintain and enhance test documentation and automation standards.\n\n### Required Skills & Qualifications\n- Strong programming experience in Python.\n- Hands-on expertise with Robot Framework for functional and regression automation.\n- Solid experience in web automation using Selenium WebDriver.\n- Experience integrating automation frameworks with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.\n- Good understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices.\n- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).\n\n### Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills\n- API automation testing using Java.\n- Experience testing REST and gRPC services.\n- Hands-on experience with tools such as Postman and RestAssured.\n- Mobile application test automation using Python/Robot Framework.\n- Experience with mobile automation tools such as Appium.\n- Exposure to Android and iOS test environments.\n\n### Soft Skills\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\n- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.\n- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.\n- Proactive mindset with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
