HR - Talent Management

Role Summary:

Responsible for driving talent branding, internal HR communications and employee engagement initiatives, including social media content, employee campaigns and corporate events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive talent/employer branding initiatives and social media content.
• Manage internal HR communications through email, Viva Engage, newsletters and other channels.
• Create engaging content around employee stories, culture, events and HR initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and corporate events.
• Emcee/host town halls and employee events – mandatory.
• Coordinate with HR, Recruitment and business stakeholders.
• Track communication/engagement reach and campaign effectiveness.
• Bring creative ideas and leverage digital/AI tools for content and communication.

Must Have:

• 5–7 years in Talent Branding / Employer Branding / Internal Communications / Employee Engagement
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Excellent public speaking & Emcee skills – mandatory
• Social media/content creation experience
• Event management experience
• Creative and proactive approach
• Strong stakeholder coordination skills
• Canva/digital content tools exposure
