OMS Functional Consultant

Job Description

OmnifiCX connects ERPs such as Acumatica, Sage, NetSuite and Dynamics with the commerce systems manufacturers and distributors run on. As the OmnifiCX OMS Domain Expert, you will bring hands-on order management knowledge into how OmnifiCX handles orders across connected systems. You will work with the OmnifiCX product and engineering teams on the order data model behind OmnifiCX

Roles & Responsibilities

• Define how orders behave across OmnifiCX flows – from order capture through allocation, fulfilment, returns and status updates.
• Work with OmnifiCX engineering on the order data model.
• Bring standard OMS practice into OmnifiCX product decisions.
• Map OmnifiCX order data to Acumatica, Sage, NetSuite and Dynamics, and flag gaps early.
• Keep OmnifiCX order handling right-sized for mid-market manufacturers, distributors and omnichannel retailers.
• Review order-related enhancement requests Partners raise through the OmnifiCX Support Portal.

Experience and Skills

• Hands-on experience implementing or running an OMS.
• Working knowledge of how orders connect to inventory, warehouse and POS systems.
• Mid-market experience in distribution, manufacturing or omnichannel retail.
• Exposure to Acumatica, Sage, NetSuite or Dynamics.
• Comfortable working with engineers on data models and integrations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Has implemented or run an OMS.
• Exposure to at least one of Acumatica, Sage, NetSuite or Dynamics.
• Willing to work hands-on with OmnifiCX engineering on the order data model.
