Full Stack Software Developer

What you’ll do?\n- Lead design and development of products working closely with business team.\n- Independently own software components and co-own entire web applications with a small group of fellow developers \n- Bring to market delightful user experience for our products with a demonstrated understanding of the full stack of products. \n- Establish strong engineering best practices and champion their adoption. \n- Develop strong front end web app architecture while designing and developing APIs and backend functionality, all while ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones and application responsiveness. \n- Constantly strive to raise the bar on engineering excellence. Stay up to date with tools, trends, technologies, and frameworks. \n- The candidate will be suitably well versed with the appropriate information security responsibilities for the role and is responsible for adhering to them.\n\nWho you need to be?\n- 2+ years of professional experience in solving problems using data-driven approach. \n- Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering (preferably Computer Science) from a reputed institute (preferably IITs, NITs, or other top engineering institutes). \n- Strong grasp of CS fundamentals, algorithms and excellent problem-solving abilities. \n- All experience should be from good product development or e-commerce background. \n- Must have shown good stability in all your previous associations. \n- Strong experience with Angular, Java, Spring boot, Hibernate, REST API development. \n- Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, NoSQL \n- Knowledge of test driven development and AWS tech stack is a good plus \n- Strong organizational skills and excellent follow-through \n- Outstanding verbal and interpersonal communication skills \n- Takes personal ownership; Self-starter. \n- Looks for opportunities continuously to gain knowledge and expertise
