Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support and maintenance to end users across hybrid and remote work setups.
- Administer hardware governance including devices, encryption, system hardening, and remote wiping.
- Configure router, access control, and network infrastructure.
- Set up VPNs per project requirements.
- Manage security, including firewall, MFA, and perimeter controls.
- Oversee antivirus/EDR and patch management.
- Implement data governance and protection (RBAC, DLP, backups, DR).
- Ensure IT systems comply with standards and assist with security audits.
- Troubleshoot IT-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Handle Zoom, G Suite, and MS Office user accounts and permissions.
- Configure biometric access control.
Nice to Have:
- IT vendor coordination for support, procurement, SLA tracking.
- Certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Security+, Network+).
- Good communication and teamwork.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in IT support, network administration, device governance, and security infrastructure.
