ServiceNow Developer

Jade is looking for resources (4-8 years of exp):

• Who has a strong understanding of ServiceNow products.
• Who will be developing and implementing new ServiceNow applications.
• Who will be an active contributor in developing workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications and automate and improve business processes.
• Who will create and manage web portals used by internal and external clients, using JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Angular.
• Who will monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications.
• Who will work directly with end users to resolve issues in ServiceNow.
• Who will participate in problem-solving during ServiceNow development, testing, and production.

Technical Abilities and Responsibilities:

• Minimum 4+ years of strong experience in software development and at least 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow applications development and implementation of ServiceNow IT products such as ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, or SecOps.
• Passion for JavaScript and the web as a platform, reusability, and componentization.
• Develop small standalone SN tools and dashboards to support ITSM and project management workflows.
• Create and configure workflows based on business requirements and best practices.
• Perform integration between ServiceNow and other customer business systems.
• Create and manage all SN objects such as tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies, script includes, UI pages, UI macros, etc.
• Experience in deploying and validating ServiceNow patches, updates, and new versions of the platform.
