Oracle – Cloud SaaS and PaaS Resource

Primary Function of this Position:

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud (SaaS, PaaS and Instance Planning Knowledge).
• Leadership quality should be there in resource.
• Good communication and should jointly work as a team member.
• Should have worked on SaaS, PaaS and Instance Planning and should have knowledge of the technical skills below.
• Technical Skills:
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Oracle Cloud Interfaces
  • SOAP Web Services
  • REST API
  • FBDI (File Based Data Import)
  • BI Publisher reports (migration and reporting structure in Oracle)
  • OTBI reporting and dashboards
  • SQL and PL/SQL
  • Storage Cloud
  • VBCS
  • BICC (Optional)
• Knowledge of Single Sign-on in Cloud, how it works and how it is configured.
• Knowledge of migrating objects to Oracle Cloud Production and Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Good knowledge of Oracle documentation (Design Document, Technical Document, Migration Document etc.).
• Knowledge of Oracle SaaS Instance Management and Planning.
• Able to strategize instance refreshes.
• Knowledge of how to coordinate with Oracle and raise Oracle Cloud SR.
• Able to coordinate independently with required business users or owners for issue resolution.
• Support system integrations with other enterprise systems.
• OIC developer who can develop OIC integrations and support OIC based automated and scheduled jobs.
• Actively involved in debugging OIC integration issues and suggest resolutions.
• Knowledge of OIC security access.
• Knowledge of OIC infrastructure and in-depth knowledge of OIC.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend best practices for process improvements within OIC.
• Well versed with multi-currency and multi-language Oracle Enterprise setup.
• Well versed with financial close process.
• Develop and troubleshoot interfaces between Oracle and other applications (both Oracle and non-Oracle systems).
• Provide end-user support and troubleshooting.
• Implement system enhancements and customizations as needed based on business requirements.
• Triage production support tickets and prioritize with business input.
• Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and coordinate with users for UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Migration of OIC integrations and configuration of OIC connectors.
• Migration of BIP, OTBI and OIC reports from one instance to another with security roles, ensuring they are accessible to business users.
• Knowledge of code repository such as Git (code versioning).
• Knowledge of ESS job scheduling in Oracle Cloud environment.

Additional Skills:

• Knowledge of helpdesk tools such as ServiceNow and JIRA.
