Job Summary:

• We are seeking a Project Manager (5+ years experience as a Project Manager) to lead the development of a dual-purpose data warehouse, managing both digitized and physical hospital medical records. You will design systematic processes for digitization, storage, and retrieval of physical files on demand, offering a subscription service model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of a data warehouse for both digital and physical records.
• Set up systematic workflows for scanning, data quality, physical storage, and retrieval upon request.
• Implement a commercial model for physical record retrieval services with a monthly fee.
• Ensure all processes comply with healthcare data regulations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure client satisfaction.
