IT / Network Engineer

Job Description:

InfoBeans Technologies is seeking an experienced IT / Network Engineer to oversee network performance, manage cross-platform server environments, and maintain robust infrastructure security. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system administration, server backups, and network troubleshooting to ensure seamless business operations.

What will your role look like

• Maintain and maximize network performance by troubleshooting outages, analyzing problems, and scheduling timely system upgrades.
• Configure, administer, and manage Cisco switches, VLANs, Wi-Fi networks, and firewalls.
• Manage Windows Server services including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and routine system backups.
• Oversee Linux and cloud servers along with essential DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Jira, and SVN.
• Implement security protocols, manage firewall policies, configure VPNs, monitor logs, and execute security measures like port blocking and antivirus management.

We would like you to bring along

• At least 2 years of proven professional experience in IT and network engineering.
• Thorough working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems installation, administration, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on expertise in network security, cloud server security, firewall policies, VPN setup, and log analysis.
• Experience with Cisco switch administration, VLAN configuration, and Wi-Fi management.
• Ability to join the team within a 15-day notice period.
