Architect Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Architect Manager to lead architectural design delivery for large-scale residential real estate developments. The role combines design leadership, team management, consultant coordination, authority approvals, site support, and design quality governance from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural team and manage design delivery from concept through construction documentation and site execution.
• Allocate work, review outputs, mentor team members, and ensure timely completion of design deliverables.
• Drive concept design, design development, detailed drawings, and design reviews for residential projects.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants, along with project, procurement, and site teams.
• Oversee authority approvals, statutory submissions, and design documentation.
• Provide design direction and resolve site-level design, coordination, and constructability issues.
• Ensure design quality, drawing accuracy, compliance, and alignment with project requirements and timelines.
• Track design risks, dependencies, and approvals, and provide clear updates to relevant stakeholders.

Must-Have Qualifications and Experience

• B.Arch qualification with 8+ years of architectural design and project delivery experience.
• Proven experience managing and mentoring a team of at least 3 architects or design professionals.
• Experience in gated communities, premium villas, and high-rise apartment projects.
• Experience working on high-rise residential projects of at least G+12 floors.
• Experience handling large-scale developments spread across a minimum of 8 acres.
• Strong expertise in concept design, detailed design, authority approvals, consultant coordination, and site execution support.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, planning, and decision-making skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience leading multiple residential design packages or project phases simultaneously.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and working knowledge of Revit or BIM-based coordination.
• Exposure to local authority approval processes and statutory design documentation.
• Experience establishing design review, documentation, and quality-control processes.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch).
