• Experience: 4 to 6+ years
• Location: Pune
• Key skills: Salesforce environment management, sandbox strategy, CI/CD, automated deployments, release management, monitoring, incident management, APIs, MuleSoft, logging, alerting, and operational governance.

Salesforce Solution Architect / Technical Lead

• Experience: 8 to 12 years overall, including 4 to 6 years in Salesforce delivery
• Location: Pune
• Key skills: Salesforce multi-cloud architecture, technical leadership, Agile delivery, Agentforce, agentic workflows, AI-powered automation, MuleSoft, APIs, AWS, CI/CD, Data Cloud, enterprise data architecture, and offshore team leadership.

Salesforce Technical Architect, Core

• Experience: 10+ years overall, with at least 8 years on Salesforce
• Location: Hyderabad
• Key skills: Salesforce solution architecture, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, LWC, APIs, ETL, Data Cloud, Industry Clouds, Agentforce, system integration, security, large-data-volume architecture, release management, and AI-assisted development tools.

Salesforce Technical Architect, DevOps

• Experience: 14+ years overall, including 10+ years on Salesforce and 8+ years in enterprise DevOps, platform engineering, release management, or CI/CD architecture
• Location: Hyderabad
• Key skills: Salesforce DevOps, Salesforce DX, CI/CD, DevSecOps, Copado, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, Docker, Kubernetes, observability, release governance, and enterprise DevOps transformation.

Salesforce Technical Architect, Life Sciences

• Experience: 10+ years in technology solutions, including client-facing architecture experience
• Location: Hyderabad
• Key skills: Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, healthcare or pharmaceutical domain, HIPAA, PHI, GxP, HL7, FHIR, integration architecture, platform security, data architecture, Apex, LWC, Lightning Flows, OmniStudio, Veeva, and Salesforce Industries.

Salesforce Technical Architect, Marketing Cloud

• Experience: 9 to 14 years
• Location: Hyderabad
• Key skills: Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture, enterprise integration testing, TIBCO, Azure Integration Services, GCP/Apigee, Oracle Fusion Middleware, REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, ETL validation, XML, JSON, XSLT, middleware orchestration, REST Assured, Postman, CI/CD, and enterprise schedulers.

Common Expectations

• Strong Salesforce architecture, implementation, integration, or operational expertise
• Experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise solutions
• Strong understanding of APIs, data integration, security, governance, and deployment practices
• Ability to work with business stakeholders, architects, delivery teams, and engineering teams
• Strong problem-solving, communication, mentoring, and technical leadership capabilities
• Relevant Salesforce and cloud certifications are preferred, depending on the position
