Optimizely Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Optimizely Developer who can independently own solution design and end-to-end development of modern digital experience platforms using Optimizely SaaS/PaaS and Next.js/React.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently design, develop, and deliver scalable solutions on Optimizely SaaS CMS and PaaS CMS.
• Own technical design, component architecture, development, and integration with enterprise systems.
• Develop modern, responsive, and performant applications using Next.js and React.
• Design and integrate REST APIs, third-party services, and headless CMS capabilities.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize performance, and ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and delivery teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required Technical Skills

P1 – Must Have (Critical)

• Strong hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS (SaaS/PaaS), including solution design, content modeling, and implementation.
• Strong proficiency in Next.js, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and headless architecture.
• Ability to work independently, make technical decisions, and own development deliverables.

P2 – Good to Have

• Experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Working knowledge of relational databases, including SQL Server/PostgreSQL.

P3 – Additional Advantage

• Experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core development.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.

Ideal Candidate

A self-driven, hands-on engineer with approximately 5+ years of relevant development experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to take complete technical ownership of Optimizely-based implementations with minimal supervision.
