Customer Support Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a Intern – Customer Support to support our Customer Success team with day-to-day client and operational activities. This role is ideal for a fresher who is a good communicator, organized, proactive, and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Customer Success team with daily operational activities.
• Assist with client onboarding and coordination.
• Follow up on client requirements and internal requests for timely closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries and requirements.
• Maintain trackers, reports, and documentation accurately.
• Assist with platform-related queries and escalate issues when required.
• Support the team in ensuring a smooth client experience.
• Use Excel/Google Sheets and other digital tools for daily activities.

Travel Requirement

• Willingness to travel to the North region for client coordination and support whenever required.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Internship/project experience in customer support, client coordination, administration, or customer success is an advantage.
