Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive to manage day-to-day client interactions and support the successful delivery of assigned training and learning programs. The role involves building strong relationships with clients and campus coordinators, understanding their requirements, coordinating with internal teams and trainers, tracking program progress, and ensuring a smooth client experience throughout the engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and campus coordinators
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients throughout the program lifecycle
- Understand client requirements, expectations, and concerns and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide proactive updates on program progress
Training & Program Coordination
- Coordinate with trainers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of training programs
- Confirm training schedules, trainer availability, session requirements, and program timelines
- Coordinate with clients and trainers to resolve scheduling or delivery-related challenges
- Ensure all program activities are completed as per the agreed plan
Stakeholder Communication
- Communicate confidently and professionally with clients, campus coordinators, trainers, and internal stakeholders
- Share regular updates regarding session schedules, attendance, progress, and deliverables
- Handle client queries and ensure timely follow-up and closure
- Proactively communicate potential issues or delays to the relevant stakeholders
Issue & Escalation Management
- Identify client concerns and delivery challenges at an early stage
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues within the agreed timelines
- Escalate critical concerns to the Operations Lead/Manager when required
- Ensure clients are kept informed throughout the resolution process
Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, program progress, attendance, and deliverables
- Prepare and update regular status reports and dashboards
- Support review meetings by providing relevant program and client updates
Process Adherence & Improvement
- Follow established processes and templates for client and program management
- Maintain proper documentation of client requirements, discussions, and action items
- Identify opportunities to improve client experience and program delivery processes
- Support the team in implementing process improvements based on client feedback

- Relationship Management: Ability to build positive, professional, and long-term relationships with clients and campus coordinators
- Ownership Mindset: Takes responsibility for assigned clients, follow-ups, deliverables, and issue resolution
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, trainers, and internal teams
- Problem-Solving: Ability to understand client concerns, identify solutions, and drive issues to closure
- Process Discipline: Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and follow established processes
- Multi-Client Handling: Comfortable managing multiple clients, programs, and priorities simultaneously
Qualifications & Eligibility
- Any degree
- 2+ years of experience in client relationship management, program/project management, training operations, customer success, or client delivery roles
- Strong client-facing communication and interpersonal skills
- Good Excel and reporting/dashboarding skills
- Prior experience handling corporate clients, campus clients, training programs, or educational institutions preferred
- Must be currently working or residing in Bangalore; on-site role
