Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to own end-to-end execution of assigned training delivery programs — including campus and corporate engagements, placement training tracks, and global certification programs. You'll be accountable for ensuring each program runs on schedule, within scope, and to quality standards, from kickoff through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Trainer & Resource Coordination
- Coordinate with trainers and internal teams to confirm schedules and resolve conflicts
- Ensure the right trainers are assigned to the right sessions for each program
Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for the client/campus coordinator on program status
- Send regular updates and proactively surface issues before they escalate
Quality & Compliance Checks
- Track attendance, session completion, and adherence to the agreed schedule
- Escalate quality or compliance gaps to leadership in a timely manner
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify risks — trainer unavailability, scope changes, client escalations — early
- Drive risks to resolution, looping in the Ops lead/manager when needed
Reporting
- Maintain up-to-date status reports/dashboards for assigned programs
- Share progress in review meetings with relevant stakeholders
Process Adherence & Improvement
- Follow established templates for program setup, including day-wise task creation across program types
- Suggest process improvements based on on-ground delivery experience
What We're Looking For
- Ownership Mindset: Comfortable being fully accountable for a program's schedule, scope, and quality — end to end
- Stakeholder Management: Confident communicating directly with client/campus coordinators, managing expectations and surfacing issues early
- Risk Awareness: Able to spot delivery risks ahead of time and drive them to closure rather than waiting for escalation
- Process Discipline: Comfortable working within established templates and frameworks, while contributing ideas for improvement
- Multi-Program Handling: Able to manage several concurrent programs/clients without losing track of details
