Scope:

We are building the next-generation operating system for investment banking, a unified platform that powers client coverage, deal execution, and firmwide intelligence. As a Product Manager, you'll lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for high-impact internal products that serve our bankers, analysts, and executives globally. You'll partner closely with stakeholders across Corporate Finance, Restructuring, and Financial Advisory Services to streamline workflows, improve data transparency, and drive digital transformation at the firm.

What You'll Do:

• Drive product vision and execution: Translate business goals into clear, prioritized roadmaps across CRM, workflow automation, analytics, and agentic experiences, delivering measurable impact for bankers and leadership.
• Blend strategy with technical depth: Write SQL, explore data in Snowflake, and use Honeycomb and other observability tools to validate hypotheses, debug issues, and inform data-driven decisions.
• Prototype with precision: Utilize leading edge design processes to create interactive prototypes that communicate vision and act as the first step of the engineering build.
• Ship with precision: Partner with Engineering, Data, and Business teams to deliver scalable, high-quality products, instrumenting KPIs, tracking adoption, and iterating based on performance.

What We're Looking For:

• 3-10 years product management experience, pro if in fintech
• Hands on technical fluency: can prototype in code and earn credibility with engineers
• Proven success building and scaling internal tools, CRMs, or workflow platforms.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. You can translate between business and technical teams with ease.
• Experience in high-performing, fast-paced environments that demand precision and accountability.
• A structured thinker with bias for action and relentless focus on delivery.

Compensation and Benefits:

Houlihan Lokey is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive total compensation package, which may include other components such as discretionary incentive compensation. The firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible salary range for this role at the time of posting is:

$175,000-$200,000

Actual salary at the time of hire may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant qualifications, skills, and experience and the location where this position may be filled.
