About the role
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Facility management for a defined territory of commercial properties within the regional market
- Monthly property inspections
- Working with maintenance personnel to manage service requests
- Developing operating budgets
- Capital planning
- Hiring contractors
- Approving operating invoices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years experience in property management
- Experience in budgeting
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Travel to facilities throughout the regional area
- Yardi experience is a plus
