Group head

Responsibilities

• Help identify target audiences and plan media campaigns and suggest the right inventory basis the brief
• Compare and negotiate rates, ad inventory and ad spots
• Activate new partners to deliver digital performance or ad innovation
• Negotiate with Affiliate partners on Volume deals, Savings for Clients, and Anti-fraud terms
• Handle Partner agreements drafting and closure with Finance & Legal Teams
• Maintain repository of Inventory, Rates, and Upcoming Impact Property schedules
• Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix
• Oversee deployment schedules and adjust when needed
• Experiment with new platforms and channels
• Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI) and Savings on deployment
• Report to clients and build long-term relationships

Qualifications

• Master's degree, preferably engineering + MBA in marketing
• 10+ years of experience in Media management, publisher relationships
• Proven experience as Media Buyer or similar role; experience in digital media only
• Familiarity with media-buying, planning and research
• Working knowledge of media analytics software (e.g. comScore, TGI, Similarweb, GWI)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail
