Associate Account Director/Account Director

What will you do?

• Growing the overall revenue of the marketplace division by adding new clients and growing existing clients
• Maintaining close relationship with marketplace partners- Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, etc
• Operational efficiency in the team
• Overseeing media planning and campaign execution across multiple clients
• Client relationship management
• Innovative campaigns across AMS and other platforms to deliver differentiated results
• Team size planning based on the revenue projections
• Recruitment, training and mentoring of the team members
• Ability to lead a team of 20+ marketing analysts & specialists

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 5+ years of working experience in a digital marketing role, minimum 2 years on Amazon marketing services.
