Job Description
Summary
A hands-on Manager to own HighRadius's web platform and marketing analytics infrastructure, ensuring clean attribution, strong technical SEO health, and reliable lead data while leading a team. This role sits at the intersection of marketing technology, web operations, and analytics. The Manager will be responsible for keeping HubSpot and the CDP layer clean and reliable, managing the WordPress site, monitoring AWS server logs for performance and crawl issues, and ensuring leads are accurately attributed across Organic and Paid channels in a non-branded paid search environment. A strong grasp of Core Web Vitals and cross-region, cross-device optimization is essential to improving impression share globally.
Responsibilities
- Own HubSpot & CDP infrastructure: Manage HubSpot in conjunction with CDPs to ensure clean data flow, accurate lead records, and reliable handoffs between marketing automation and the sales/CRM stack.
- Manage the WordPress environment: Oversee day-to-day site management on WordPress, including content updates, plugin/theme maintenance, page performance, and coordination with developers on fixes and enhancements.
- Add technical skill requirements
- Monitor AWS server health: Review AWS server logs to identify uptime issues, latency, crawl errors, or anomalies impacting site performance and SEO, and work with engineering to resolve them.
- Lead and develop the team: Manage day-to-day priorities, mentor, and review the output of team spanning technical SEO, web operations, and analytics functions.
- Drive accurate lead attribution: Ensure leads generated are correctly attributed across Organic and Paid channels, maintaining clean UTM hygiene and resolving attribution gaps given that HighRadius does not bid on branded keywords, in close coordination with marketing analytics and SFDC reporting.
- Champion Core Web Vitals: Own Core Web Vitals performance (LCP, INP, CLS) across the site, partnering with engineering on fixes that improve page experience and search visibility.
- Improve global impression share: Identify opportunities to grow organic impressions and visibility across target geographies (US, UK, Ireland, Canada, France, DACH, etc.), tailoring strategy by region.
- Optimize across devices: Maintain strong technical and UX performance on both mobile and desktop, ensuring parity in speed, rendering, and search performance across device types.
Technical Skills Required
- Backend: PHP, OOP
- CMS: WordPress (Custom Themes, Plugins, Theme Customization)
- Database: MySQL, SQL
- Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, React.js, Next.js
- CRM: HubSpot
- Servers: Linux, FTP/SFTP
- APIs: GraphQL, REST APIs (optional but recommended)
Must Haves
- 5-8 years of experience in web development, MarTech, and web analytics within a B2B SaaS or enterprise environment.
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), including configuration, data syncing, and troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of WordPress administration, including plugins, themes, and basic site management.
- Comfortably reading and interpreting AWS server logs to diagnose performance and crawlability issues.
- Proven people management experience, having led a team of 4 or more individual contributors.
- Strong understanding of marketing attribution, UTM tracking, and channel-level lead classification (Organic vs. Paid).
- Solid grasp of Core Web Vitals and technical SEO fundamentals, with experience driving cross-functional fixes.
- Experience optimizing for both mobile and desktop performance, with familiarity across multiple geographic markets.
