About Halter: We're on a mission to enable farmers and graziers to run the most productive and sustainable operations. Our customers are using Halter to break free from the time-intensive constraints of conventional practices. This role is a key driver of North America's full-funnel revenue performance: acquisition, expansion, and retention, all through marketing. You’ll be accountable for the region's marketing strategy to achieve our revenue outcomes, and you will own the demand and pipeline that drives Halter's growth in this market for years to come.

What you’ll do:

• Own the regional marketing strategy and budget end to end, setting the vision and the plan to take Halter from early-market entry to category leadership and one of our largest revenue markets.
• Be accountable for organic growth, brand equity, content, events strategy, case studies, paid traffic, and enterprise motion.
• Own the numbers: pipeline, CAC, brand awareness and the complete revenue picture of the region.
• Manage in-region brand and tone of voice, language and imagery.
• Build ROI case studies and compelling storytelling to address objections.
