Lead Generator / Sales Associate – Costco Partnership

What You'll Do

• Engage Costco Members Start friendly conversations with shoppers and introduce them to A Plus Garage Doors.

• Generate Leads Schedule free in-home garage door estimates for interested homeowners.

• Represent the Brand Serve as a professional brand ambassador for A Plus Garage Doors inside Costco.

• Create Opportunities Help homeowners discover options for new garage doors, upgrades, and repairs.

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Comfortable talking to new people throughout the day
• Sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred
• Reliable and professional
• Able to work weekends (Costco peak hours)

No garage door experience needed — we provide full training.

Pay & Compensation

• $20 per hour base pay

PLUS

• Bonus pay for every qualified lead booked
