Technical Sourcing Manager

Secure the specialist supply chain behind Graphcore’s next generation AI hardware.

As Technical Sourcing Manager, you will lead strategic sourcing for PCBA components from our Taipei team. You will report to the Supply Chain Director and own important hardware categories.

Your work will help Graphcore secure the quality, cost and continuity needed for hardware production. You will work close to regional suppliers and internal teams to keep critical components moving.

You will identify, evaluate and select suppliers, negotiate agreements and manage key vendor relationships. You will also partner with engineering, manufacturing and quality teams during new product introduction.

This role offers real ownership across commercial decisions, supplier performance and long-term sourcing strategy in a high-impact AI compute business.

The team and culture

You will join Graphcore’s Supply Chain team, within the Operations group. The team is based across Bristol and Taiwan, supporting the manufacturing subcontract supply chain behind Graphcore’s hardware.

Work happens through close supplier engagement, clear commercial judgement and practical problem solving with engineering, manufacturing and quality teams. Decisions are shaped by data, supplier insight and supply chain risk.

You will be trusted to act quickly, take responsibility and speak up when sourcing choices affect delivery. Your impact will show in stronger partnerships, better resilience and smarter procurement processes.

What we're looking for

• At least five years of supply chain experience, with strong exposure to the high-tech sector.
• Deep understanding of material planning cycles, EE component suppliers and OEM/ODM partnerships.
• Proven procurement experience across electronics or hardware manufacturing, including PCBA component sourcing.
• Strong commercial judgement, analytical skills and the ability to manage complex supplier relationships.
• Confidence working across Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality teams to support project delivery.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred for supplier and regional partner coordination.
