Software Development Engineer II (Fullstack) - Contacts

Key Responsibilities:

• Backend Development

  • Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js, TypeScript and NestJS or similar frameworks.
  • Design REST APIs for customer-facing product capabilities.
  • Work with databases, caching, and asynchronous processing.
  • Optimize APIs and queries for performance and scalability.

• Frontend Development

  • Build responsive and performant interfaces using Vue.js and TypeScript.
  • Develop reusable components for CRM experiences.
  • Build interfaces dealing with lists, filters, search, files, notes, tags, and large datasets.
  • Integrate frontend applications cleanly with backend APIs.

• End-to-End Feature Ownership

  • Understand product requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Own features across database/API/UI layers.
  • Participate in technical design and API-contract discussions.
  • Test and deploy features and monitor their behavior in production.

• Quality & Reliability

  • Write maintainable and testable code.
  • Participate in code reviews.
  • Debug frontend and backend production issues.
  • Improve performance, reliability, and usability of existing features.
  • Contribute to monitoring and observability.
