Finance Executive

About the Role

B. Com/ M.com/ CA Inter with 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting & Bookkeeping:

Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive with 2-3 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with taxation laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting & Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are recorded in the accounting software (Tally, Zoho).
• Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations and ensure all financial transactions are accounted for.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage invoices, vendor payments, and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• GST & Tax Compliance: Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns as required.
• Payroll Processing: Support payroll calculations, including deductions and compliance with labor laws.
• Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary financial data.
• Petty Cash Management: Handle petty cash expenses and ensure proper documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in Commerce B. Com/ M.com/ Ca Inter or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or taxation.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, Zoho books accounting software.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• 5 Days Work from Office (Near Lal Bagh Botanical Garden Metro)

Preferred Requirements

• Additional certifications such as CA-Inter will be an advantage.
• Experience working in a SaaS Company, CA Firm etc.
• Immediate Joiner or candidate who can join within 15 days will be preferred.
