Are You One of Us

Shape the deal. Unlock the value. Lead the transformation.

We’re looking for a Senior Manager to lead high-impact M&A, procurement value creation and Direct Materials transformation engagements for leading organizations across the US.

This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, M&A and procurement—helping clients identify, quantify and realize significant value across the transaction lifecycle.

What You’ll Lead

  • Drive procurement due diligence, synergy assessment and value creation across acquisitions, divestitures and integrations.
  • Identify and deliver Direct Materials savings, COGS optimization and supplier value opportunities.
  • Build Day 1, 100-Day and post-merger value-capture strategies.
  • Advise CPOs, CFOs, CEOs, Corporate Development and PE stakeholders on critical deal and transformation decisions.
  • Lead high-performing consulting teams and own end-to-end client outcomes.
  • Support business development, proposals and growth of our M&A & Procurement Advisory practice.

What You Bring

  • 11+ years in management consulting, procurement consulting, strategic sourcing, supply chain or value creation.
  • Proven experience in M&A / due diligence / PMI / carve-outs and procurement value creation.
  • Deep Direct Materials / COGS expertise with strong strategic sourcing and cost-transformation capabilities.
  • Track record of quantifying and delivering measurable financial impact.
  • Strong executive presence and experience engaging C-suite and senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead complex engagements, teams and client relationships.
  • Minimum of Bachelors degree/MBA preferred

Salary Range: $140,000 – $175,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Additional Compensation: Eligible for a performance-based bonus tied to individual and company performance.

Benefits: Comprehensive health coverage (medical, dental, and vision), 401(k) plan with a 3% company match, paid time off, company holidays, and professional development opportunities.

Why This Role?

More than advising. More than delivering a project.

You’ll have the opportunity to influence deals, work directly with senior executives, own measurable value creation and help build a differentiated M&A & Procurement Advisory capability.

If you’re an experienced engagement leader at a similar consulting firm—and you’re ready to own bigger problems and greater impact—we’d like to talk.
