Service Delivery Manager

Job Description

Manage US GAAP tax close processes including quarterly and annual tax packs, and oversee documentation of uncertain tax positions.

Maintain accurate accounting for deferred tax assets and liabilities under both Local and US GAAP, including valuation allowances.

Prepare and review direct and indirect tax returns, and maintain a tax filing calendar to ensure timely compliance.

Monitor cross-border payments and associated tax withholdings, ensuring accurate reconciliations and filings.

Maintain and implement transfer pricing documentation and intercompany agreements across jurisdictions.

Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors to support financial and statutory audits.

Track changes in tax legislation and communicate implications and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
