About the role
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support payroll processing activities to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Assist in calculating payroll components such as deductions, bonuses, and taxes.
- Help administer employee benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave tracking.
- Stay informed about basic regulatory requirements related to payroll and benefits.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll and benefits-related queries.
- Provide assistance to employees on routine payroll and benefits questions.
Qualifications
- Bachelors - Commerce, Bachelors - Economics, Bachelors - Finance, Masters - Business Administration, Masters - Business Analytics
Certifications
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) - Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP)
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) - Symbiosis Institute of Distant Learning
Required Skills
