Delivery Leader

Job Description

Lead end-to-end client service delivery and ensure profitable P&L management across global operations.

Build, nurture, and expand strategic relationships with client CXOs, process owners, and global stakeholders to drive business growth.

Develop and execute strategies for winning new deals, managing seamless transitions, and strengthening existing client engagements.

Champion digital transformation by partnering with technology teams to implement innovative solutions in operations.

Drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma and other process excellence frameworks to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Collaborate cross-functionally with global business and functional leaders to design, commercialize, and scale product offerings.

Oversee governance, risk management, and structured performance monitoring to identify gaps, implement corrective actions, and ensure delivery excellence.
