Analyst - Process Analytics

Job Description

The Commercial Operations Analyst plays a key role in supporting the operational efficiency and effectiveness of commercial activities within the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales and market data to provide insights for decision-making
• Monitor and optimize sales processes and strategies
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on goals and objectives
• Develop and maintain reports to track key performance metrics
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
• Support the implementation of sales tools and technology to enhance efficiency
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting exercises to support commercial planning

Bachelors - Business Analytics, Bachelors - Computer Science, Bachelors - Statistics, Masters - Data Science

Certifications

Certified Digital Marketing Professional - Digital Marketing Institute
