Job Description

**Job Posting Title : **Associate Director - Finance Advisory (EPM)

Job Description :

• Lead key components/ workstreams of strategic Finance Transformation programs for global clients.
• Provide finance advisory expertise across FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, planning, reporting, and enterprise performance management.
• Identify process inefficiencies, transformation opportunities, and areas for process optimization, standardization, simplification, and automation.
• Develop practical and scalable finance optimization strategies, solutions, and transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct client workshops, discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and process assessments to understand business needs and pain points.
• Lead solutioning and problem-solving activities with a strategic and consultative mindset.
• Identify opportunities to leverage EPM platforms, AI, automation, and modern finance technologies to enhance finance effectiveness.
• Exposure to EPM tools such as Anaplan, Board, Oracle, SAP, SAC, Cognos, Tableau, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Exposure to AI and automation solutions in Finance is an added advantage.
• Strong experience in client-facing consulting/advisory roles with demonstrated finance transformation experience.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business challenges into actionable, technology-enabled finance solutions.
• Preferred education: Qualified CA or MBA (Finance).
