Sr. Associate - Insurance - P&C Claims

Job Description

Be the primary point of contact for assigned adjusters to work with for developing strategies, building relationships, and solutions that meet the business needs of clients.

• Receiving sophisticated 1st party and 3rd party subrogation packets for evaluation
• Ensure accurate reporting and a detailed analysis of findings that easily outline our recommendations.
• Own all post-claim follow-up and negotiations and provide analysis of counterarguments made.
• Conduct negotiations to achieve agreed settlements with third parties.

Bachelors - Actuarial Science, Bachelors - Economics, Bachelors - Finance, Bachelors - Risk Management and Insurance, Masters - Statistics

Certifications

Associate in Claims (AIC) - The Institutes (USA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) - ACFE, Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) - American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC), Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) - Insurance Institute of America (IIA)

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is:

31,200 to 39,000 USD
