Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant_ Workday SA In this role you will be responsible for supporting the design and development of Workday Integrations reports for HCM and payroll integration tests deployment and documentation. Moreover awareness of integration and coordination with multiple teams is expected.

Responsibilities

• Analysis and fix of integration production issues.
• Perform impact analysis of existing integrations due to new change in business process or acquisition of new company.
• Overseeing failures errors and warnings of scheduled integrations.
• Identify & implement continuous improvements to existing integrations to bring more efficiency to the business process.
• Follow defined integration/development standards and best practices.
• Provide technical expertise in integrating Workday with other enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Workday.
• Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of Workday Core HCM ensuring scalability security and alignment with business strategy.
• Partner with senior leadership to define the Workday roadmap balancing innovation with operational stability.
• Guide and mentor functional and technical teams fostering a culture of excellence accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee complex Workday implementations integrations and enhancementsensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and with measurable impact.
• Act as the trusted advisor to stakeholders translating business needs into actionable Workday solutions.
• Establish governance frameworks best practices and design standards for Workday configurations and integrations.
• Stay ahead of Workday releases and industry trends proactively recommending improvements and innovations.
