Specialist - HRO - Payroll & Benefits

Job Description

Expertise:

• Deep Payroll processing expertise across Input management, Payroll processing and Time & Attendance processing.
• Strong experience on Workday Payroll and ADP required
• Manage complex payroll queries, escalations and corrections
• Oversee zero to gross and gross to net processing accuracy in ADP and Workday Payroll
• Perform payroll audits, checks and balances
• Manage statutory and compliance reporting
• Support year-end processing and reconciliations
• Coach and mentor junior team members on payroll and time & attendance processing
• Support system testing and configuration changes in Workday Payroll

Qualifications

Bachelors - Commerce, Bachelors - Economics, Bachelors - Finance, Masters - Business Administration, Masters - Business Analytics

Certifications

Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) - Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP)Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - Perfekt SzolnokPerfekt Szolnok
