Inviting applications for the role of Tech Lead, Salesforce Field Service Lightning Developer

A Salesforce FSL Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Field Service Lightning solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. This includes custom components, integrations, and performance optimization

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions within Salesforce Field Service (FSL), including custom Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, workflows, process builder flows, and integrations.
  • Configure and customize FSL features such as scheduling, dispatching, optimization, mobile workflows, and work orders.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between FSL and other systems, using APIs and middleware.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding best practices and standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to FSL implementations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, particularly in the FSL domain.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualification:

  • B.E or B.Tech or MCA
  • Relevant experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Field Service.
  • Extensive experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development tools.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce FSL architecture, data model, and functionality.
  • Experience with FSL mobile app customization and offline capabilities.
  • Proficiency in REST and SOAP APIs, and experience with integrating Salesforce with external systems.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Field Service Lightning Consultant) are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
  • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Apex Unit Tests, Jest).
