Sr. Specialist - HRO - Payroll & Benefits

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Ensure the accurate calculation and processing of salaries, deductions, bonuses, and taxes.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
• Stay updated with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards regarding payroll and benefits.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to align payroll and benefits operations and resolve any related issues.
• Provide expert guidance and support to employees on payroll and benefits-related queries.
• Monitor compliance with payroll and benefits policies to ensure adherence to company standards and legal requirements.

Bachelors - Commerce, Bachelors - Economics, Bachelors - Finance, Masters - Business Administration, Masters - Business Analytics

Certifications

Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) - Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP)Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - Perfekt SzolnokPerfekt Szolnok
