About the Role:

Clubs is an audio chatroom platform where users come and engage in a love audio format with all users.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• The role is to help our top users have the best experience on the platform.
• You will manage the top users of the clubs and be responsible for their retention.
• You will establish and manage relationships to drive user spending & engagement of the user on clubs.
• You will connect with them and build strong user relationships with these users on WhatsApp or any other platform.
• You will understand user needs and make an action plan to provide them with better services to upsell.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Hindi, both written and spoken
• 2 years of experience as a VIP Relationship Manager for English/Hindi audio live streaming services or in similar roles in other industries
• Demonstrates a high level of integrity in the professional domain.
• Process-oriented person who can work in operations while following up on the SOP.
• Empathy to understand top users' issues and resolve them in an effective manner.
• Proficient in MS Excel (or Google Sheets) and MS Word (or Google Docs)
• Ability to analyze the implications of online communications and messages.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in the native language.
• Strong Analytical and Logical Reasoning skills.
• Attention to detail, good observational skills, and problem-solving.
