Job Description
In This Role, You Will:
- Video Production: Edit compelling video content for social media, brand & growth campaigns, promotional campaigns, educational initiatives, interviews, events, and internal or external communications
- Support long-form storytelling projects as needed
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, communications, and other cross-functional teams on project development, ideation, and execution
- Prepare project files, organize footage, create string-outs, assemble rough cuts, and deliver final mastered assets
- Own and maintain video editing tools & standards across channels, formats, and content-types
- Collaborate with design to apply motion graphics, titles, captions, music, sound design, and basic visual effects where appropriate
- Perform color correction, audio cleanup, and final export preparation for multiple platforms and formats
- Design and execute custom motion graphic animations, developing mograph branded content, templates, and more
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback clearly and efficiently throughout the review process
- Maintain organized project files and follow established post-production workflows
- Participate when possible of onsite video filming to ensure close familiarity with content and can take live notes

- 2-4 years experience editing short-form social media content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta, YouTube Shorts, or similar channels.
- 1-3 years experience in motion graphics creating custom graphics across animated shorts, microanimations, and content
- Experience creating mograph packages that include templates animated titles, lower thirds, captions, transitions, charts, general graphic treatments, and more.
- Experience creating content in multiple aspect ratios, including 16:9, 1:1, 4:5, and 9:16.
- Strong storytelling instincts and the ability to shape footage into clear, engaging narratives.
- Knowledge of color correction, audio mixing, and final delivery standards.
- Knowledge of after effects and similar motion graphics tools as well as industry techniques and basic motion principles
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thoughtfully apply feedback through multiple rounds of review.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.What Can Help Your Application Stand Out:
- Experience working for consumer or business-facing digital brands.
- Experience with Unix/Linux environments, and version control systems (git, or svn).
- Experience with Prefect or AWS Sagemaker.
What Can Help Your Application Stand Out:
- Professional experience as a video editor, preferably with social media, branded, B2B, and SaaS content
- Strong proficiency in leading video tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Riverside, and Canva
- Technical understanding of Adobe post-production workflows, including project organization, media management, exporting, and version control.
