Fullstack Javascript Engineer

Role Overview

The Fullstack Engineer will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day platform operations and reliable on-site support at the Tirupati plant. This role has a direct impact on business continuity by enabling timely platform changes, resolving local issues quickly, and maintaining strong coordination between plant stakeholders and the engineering team. The position is critical to bridging operational needs in Tirupati with broader technology support from Mumbai.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily on-site engineering support at the Tirupati plant and ensure continuous physical presence during working hours.
• Coordinate closely with local stakeholders, plant staff, and cross-functional teams to understand operational needs and priorities.
• Implement and support platform changes, fixes, and enhancements required for plant operations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues promptly and escalate complex problems with clear context and ownership.
• Communicate effectively in the local language to build trust and ensure smooth collaboration with on-site teams.
• Work with existing team members to improve coordination between Tirupati and Mumbai and reduce operational gaps.
• Support AI-assisted workflows and engineering tools to improve productivity and execution quality.
• Document changes, operational learnings, and issue resolutions to create better visibility for stakeholders.
