Role Overview

We're looking for a Growth Head – Demand Generation & Content to drive inbound and outbound lead generation and own the content strategy and execution for Fynd.com. You will use our in-house lead generation tool to build qualified pipelines, keep website content updated, and manage two content team members.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the inbound and outbound demand generation strategy, aligning campaigns with business pipeline and revenue goals.
• Build and optimize acquisition channels across organic search, email, paid campaigns, and targeted outreach to generate qualified leads.
• Use and improve our in-house lead generation tool to support prospecting, lead enrichment, segmentation, and outreach.
• Work closely with sales and RevOps to identify target accounts, define lead qualification criteria, and improve lead handoffs and conversions.
• Create, test, and optimize outbound prospecting sequences, account-based campaigns, and lead nurturing journeys.
• Own the content strategy and calendar for Fynd.com, covering website pages, blogs, landing pages, case studies, whitepapers, and campaign content.
• Ensure Fynd.com content is accurate, relevant, and regularly updated. Manage the process from content creation and review to approvals and publishing.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to make website updates and new content live on time.
• Apply SEO best practices and test landing pages, messaging, forms, and calls to action to improve website conversions.
• Manage and mentor two content team members, setting clear priorities and ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Build dashboards to track lead quality, campaign performance, website conversions, and pipeline contribution.
• Use AI tools and automation to improve content workflows, lead generation, and campaign execution.
• Build a culture of consistent experimentation and optimization across demand generation and content.
