Data Analyst

Role Overview

Drive data-informed decision-making by transforming raw data into clear, actionable insights that support business strategy and operational performance. The role is responsible for delivering accurate reports, dashboards, and analysis that help teams identify trends, measure performance, and improve outcomes across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
• Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards for key stakeholders.
• Translate business questions into analytical approaches and measurable metrics.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting outputs.
• Present findings and recommendations to support better business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting and analysis needs.
• Monitor business performance metrics and highlight key changes or risks.
• Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting platforms
• Ability to build and maintain accurate dashboards and reports
• Experience translating data into actionable business insights
• Strong understanding of business metrics, KPIs, and performance reporting

Preferred

• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
• Exposure to large datasets and cross-functional business environments
• Knowledge of statistical analysis or predictive analytics
• Experience supporting strategy, operations, or commercial teams
• Familiarity with data cleaning, validation, and data quality practices
